Life is full of obstacles—especially with two kids in tow. That’s how I’ve been feeling since late 2024, which explains the hiatus.
I’m sure many parents can relate to this: sacrificing yourself for the good of the family.
I’ve been juggling work and parenting, and somewhere along the way, I stopped paying attention to myself. I barely recognize the reflection in the mirror anymore. I’m out of shape—no sugarcoating it.
Sometimes, I carry my firstborn—who weighs nearly 15 kg—and run up the stairs.
It only lasts 20 seconds, but I find myself gasping for air. I used to think she grew heavier – Truth is, I’m the one who’s out of breath.
Dieting has been tough, especially when I’m not mentally in sync.
I tell myself, “This time I’ll commit,” but the next moment, I’m devouring an entire pizza.
Let’s be honest—I haven’t had the right mindset.
To stay accountable, I’ll be tracking my progress here.
